About This course

Office 365 for End Users

This 3-day instructor-led course has been designed for end users of the Productivity suite Microsoft Office 365 wishing to learn or deepen their knowledge in the use of tools that build it. The course delivers a walkthrough by each Office 365, the use of its components and the integration of their tools with mobile devices.

Audience Profile

Know all the features that make up the Microsoft Office 365 of Office 365 productivity suite.

  • Increase the ability of using the tools included in the suite.
  • Deepen the knowledge of the collaboration features of Office 365.
  • Optimize their work processes to maximizing the use of the features included in each Office 365 tool.

This course is not required for any technical certification or career.

After Completing Course

Once completed the course, students will be able to:

  • Identify the tools that make up the collaboration suite Microsoft Office 365 collaboration.
  • Use the following tools included in the suite: email, calendar, and tasks.
  • Schedule meetings, video conferences and request assistance from your computer.
  • Share files and folders with other users by setting security parameters.
  • Describe the functionality of SharePoint tool.
  • Describe the functionality of the Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Planner tools.
  • Design a plan and track it using the Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Planner tools.
  • Use mobile devices to access the features of Office 365.

Course Outline

Module 1: Office 365 User Interface:

This module allows the student to get in touch with the EUI of the Office 365 Suite, making easy the location of each app and the general aspects of the interface.

– Lesson 1: Interface’s description and components.

  • General description of the Office 365 interface
  • Description of tools that make up the suite.
  • Establishment of the initial configuration.
  • Access to the Office 365 Tools.
  • Use of the different interfaces.
  • Access and use of Microsoft Office Online Tools.

– Practice: Use of the Office 365 User Interface

  • Create a folder in OneDrive.
  • Create an appointment in the calendar.

Module 2 – Using Microsoft Outlook:

This module introduces the student to the use of the Microsoft Outlook tool in all its interfaces, building the management and administration of email, tasks, and appointments.

This module will allow the student understand the main characteristics of the OneDrive business tool for the storage and handling of files and folders, as well as the multiple interfaces used to manage user information and share it with other users.
